- Field Site to be determined (location will be Phoenix, Arizona)
- Advance communication will be sent out prior to the clinic
Cost
- $495.00 per student - Unless other arrangements are approved by UTI, Payment is due prior to September 1, 2026
Hotel and Airport
- Hotel accommodation is student’s responsibility

Terms and conditions for refund :
- Cancellation request must be in writing by using email (umpiretraininginstitute@gmail.com)
- Refund less than $50.00, cancellation notice prior to 60 calendar days from the first date of the clinic.
- Refund less than $100.00, cancellation notice within 59 calendar days from the first date of the clinic.
